The tech industry has created more wealth, more companies, and more jobs than ever before. At the same time, we saw that these opportunities weren’t reaching everyone—further deepening income inequality and increasing the economic divide. And so we set out to give talent the opportunity it deserves.
We see potential in more than just diplomas and resumes. And we know that by empowering our Fellows, they have the power to bring change home to their families, to their neighborhoods, and to the tech industry itself.
Through our intensive program, we train adults with the most need and potential to get their first tech jobs, advance in their careers, and become the next generation of leaders in tech.

As India’s only in-collage career support, Degree minus 1 has a solution to India’s unemployment problem. Degree minus 1 is committed to creating a more diverse, skilled workforce of the future. Our goal is to break down barriers and remove obstacles to enter the tech sector so that everyone, from any background, can find a career they’re truly passionate about.
We have introduced a structured, curated, and cost-effective program to guide college pass out’s as well as for those who are pursuing their last year of the degree. Our program includes training the candidates on various aspects of the job that are required to get placed. Enhancing their technical skills, to develop leadership competence to adaptability skills.
